In order to help us, Island Seafare, to provide the highest quality of fresh mail order seafood, we have compiled the following terms and conditions. These terms detail the main components of our service and explain the rights of both the customer and Island Seafare.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These terms and conditions may change at any time.
By using the site after a change in the terms you agree to follow and be bound by the terms as changed.
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
Although we pride ourselves in being able to offer a large range of seafood throughout the year, we cannot control the seasonal variations and fishing restrictions of certain species or the weather.
Therefore, from time to time we may not have certain products in stock. These changes in availability of certain species may result in prices fluctuations, however we will, at all times, try to give you the best value products we possibly can.
All the prices posted on the web site are subject to change at any time. These changes will mainly reflect changes on the global fish markets. We will notify you of any change clearly on the web site, or by phone before your transaction is processed.
PRODUCT INFORMATION AND DELIVERY
All products on the site are displayed as accurately as possible. However, colours you see may vary depending on your monitor and its settings.
To place an order, please use the secure web site or call us 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday on 01624 834494.
We despatch Monday 8am - Thursday 2pm.
Orders received before 1pm can be shipped the same day for delivery to the customer the following afternoon.
Delivery is done via a "next day" courier service.
Delivery is charged at GBP 6 including postage and packaging. Any orders over GBP 60 will have a reduced delivery charge of GBP 3.
Orders can be placed up to 30 days in advance of the required delivery date.
All packages are packed with Gel - Ice and, if they remain sealed, will keep seafood fresh for 24-36 hours.
We ship anywhere in the British Isles.
For areas outside the British Isles, please call for availability.
